Service Description

Your grounding starts HERE! Get rooted in Miyanda with our 6-month health and wellness program. We help you develop a detailed wellness plan that promotes more emotionally balanced relationships, better stress management, healthier eating habits, and increased vitality. Our 6-month program is built on clarity, conviction, and sustainment. We use the 4 modalities: emotional, physical, spiritual and social well-being. We dissect the four modalities and how each one contributes to your health and wellness transformation. (Month 1) We will develop SMART goals, and identify your needs, wants, and desires. We take a holistic approach to developing a foundational plan that sets the stage for our health and wellness journey together. (Month 2) Emotional Wellness: We will learn about different mechanisms for coping effectively with life and creating healthy and satisfying relationships. We will discover the root cause of certain health issues and imbalances (i.e. anxiety, mental health concerns, stress, high-blood pressure, etc.) and ways to utilize more holistic approaches to address those concerns. (Month 3) Physical Well-being: Recognizing the need for physical activity, diet, sleep and nutrition is extremely important. We will discuss how and why the body works, in addition to how food and nutrition play a vital role in replenishment and restoration to build the mind, body connection. (Month 4) Spiritual Well-being: No matter your religious background or preference, it is all about connecting with a higher power and understanding your sense of purpose and meaning in life. We practice mindfulness techniques such as yoga, meditation, and breath work to gain an understanding of your connection with yourself and the world around you. (Month 5) Social Well-being: Having a solid support system is the most important part of your health and wellness journey. We focus on your sense of connection and belonging, and how outside influences impact the way you interact with those around you? We implement your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being in order to build and sustain the right relationships for you. (Month 6) Putting it together: You will take everything you created over the last 4 months and use that to build your self-care toolbox and wellness plan. We will help you develop rituals that support positive lifestyle changes, in addition to providing resources and referrals for your self-care toolbox.
